Resource Data Management (RDM) is delighted to welcome Saziye Azlik Dickson, who joins the business as Customer Solutions Director, responsible for the UK and US markets.
Saziye brings over 19 years of industry experience to the role. She spent more than 16 years at BSRIA, most recently serving as Global Research Manager for AC, Ventilation & Refrigeration, where she led strategic market studies and consultancy projects while managing global accounts across North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.
Following this, Saziye joined Friga-Bohn, a French refrigeration manufacturer, as Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics, where she was responsible for developing business strategies and supporting both wholesaler and retail projects.
A lifelong learner with a passion for reducing the environmental impact of buildings and HVAC-R, Saziye also completed an MSc in Low Energy Building Services Engineering.
Outside of work, Saziye actively supports women entering the industry and serves as a Board Member of International Women in Cooling (INWIC), where she mentors other women in the sector.
We are delighted to have Saziye join the RDM team and look forward to the expertise and leadership she brings to the business.
