For over 18 years, Alan Herd has been supporting our customers as a subject matter specialist of RDM products and solutions. He helps customers integrate their existing assets, using open protocol systems and by implementing new RDM hardware controls. His goal is to help customers develop efficient control systems and utilise predictive maintenance options to their best potential.
