Resource Data Management (RDM) are delighted to welcome Daryll Matthews, who joins RDM as Account Manager within the UK’s Retail and Refrigeration department.
Bringing over 20 years of experience to the role, Daryll started his career in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry carrying out installation work. He then switched to service work, mainly within supermarkets, where he first began working RDM equipment. After moving off the tools, he started working in a service manager role.
“This transition gave me a new lease of life”, Daryll comments. “It allowed me to use my experience in a different way, focusing more on people, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. I really enjoy helping customers, understanding their needs, and working together to find the right outcomes.”
Adrian Westrup, RDM’s Head of Sales UK Retail & EMEA, welcomes Daryll to the team: “We are confident that Daryll’s extensive experience and fresh perspective will not only strengthen our team’s expertise and adaptability, but also help us meet our objectives more efficiently.”
Outside of work, Daryll enjoys being active, whether that’s going to the gym, getting out on the bike, or walking the dog.
