Resource Data Management (RDM) announces management changes to further advance opportunities across Europe. The restructuring and appointments will drive forward the adoption of RDM software and hardware solutions, designed to help companies become more profitable through the reduction of HVACR maintenance and energy costs.
Key Accounts Director, Richard Raper, will continue to oversee Marks & Spencer and Asda key accounts, and will also take on the role of Head of Sales EMEA. The changes follow the announcement that Bob Arthur of Bolyn, who has been working as a support consultant will retire at the end of 2017.
Richard Scott, formerly of Andrews Sykes, Daikin Industries and LG Electronics will utilise experience gained in Sales Management positions to drive forward growth as UK Sales Manager for Retail and Refrigeration. Core to this strategy is a disciplined business development approach and new customer acquisitions.
It is anticipated that increased market share will strengthen the Company group and allow ongoing investment in global expansion and research & development.
Enrico Mirandola, Group Head of Sales comments
"“I would like to express my gratitude to Bob Arthur, who has been instrumental in the development of our European Distributor network and feel privileged to have worked together. We have a solid foundation for growth, the opportunity available to us now is to accelerate momentum and build upon our strengths."
Closely following a restructure and new team additions within RDM Inc., the new appointments are expected to build on the strong capabilities across the organisation and position RDM to deliver on its global growth ambitions. Investment will continue to be aligned with its core, high growth markets, optimising the global operating structure to leverage synergies across regions and countries while focusing on continuity of the Company's global brand.
