Resource Data Management (RDM) is proud to release its new application software, version 4.8, for the Intuitive CO2 Superpack controller. Also available is the new Mini Intuitive CO2 Superpack controller. Ideal for small format food retail stores. Used to control CO2 refrigeration pack, gas cooler and receiver, both controllers can be used within retail or industrial refrigeration settings.

The new software features include increased ease-of-use, greater flexibility, reduced installation costs and faster setup times. Additional expansion options have also been added, to increase the scope of either platform if required.

Features of the Mini Intuitive CO2 Superpack

At RDM we understand that small format food retail stores such as convenience stores or food-to-go premises require more compact control solutions tailored to smaller refrigeration systems. The Mini Intuitive Superpack was designed with these requirements in mind. Featuring fewer inputs and outputs compared to the larger Intuitive CO2 Superpack, the new version is ideal for smaller applications - reducing costs and control panel space.

New Software Features

Software version 4.8, compatible with the larger Intuitive CO2 Superpack Controller, automatically configures itself to the hardware platform in use. All parameters and configuration menus associated with the specific hardware will be made available. The new software is compatible with additional expansion boards, increasing the total number of I/O and points that can now be controlled.

An updated, user-friendly setup menu simplifies the set-up process and reduces the configuration time. The new menu allows for pack stages, status inputs, probes, pressure transducers, inverter drive and superheat setting to be set-up with ease. A new ‘auto-hide parameter’ function automatically hides all inputs/outputs that are not in use, enabling easier navigation of the controller’s computer-generated interface (CGI).
