Expanding building control and monitoring specialist Resource Data Management (RDM) has announced a number of promotions and changes of role among key personnel at its Glasgow headquarters.
Craig Hutton, formerly manager of RDM’s call centre and service bureau, is appointed maintenance manager, with a roving brief to service client and contractor needs across the UK and develop the service side of the business.
Craig was one of the original six-person call centre team when RDM established the operation. He said: “I am looking forward immensely to the new role, and ensuring that both existing and potential new clients harness the full capability of what RDM has to offer.”
Stepping up as call centre manager is Andy Ridell, previously second in command at the service bureau with several years experience under his belt.
Jim Christie takes over as assistant manager of RDM’s call centre.
Commenting on the changes, Andy Chandler, managing director of RDM, said: “These are well deserved promotions, and reflect our ambition to develop the company and its people to their full potential.
“It is an exciting time for RDM, with product and system developments and a significant expansion programme at the Glasgow site. There will be some major announcements over the coming months, in all of these areas.”
